注意事項

  • 發票將透過 Email 提供，以電子發票形式開立， 恕不另外提供紙本。
  • 個人發票一經開立，無法更改或改開公司戶發票。 如需公司統編，請於結帳時選擇 「公司用（統編）」。 發票開立後不得要求更改。
  • 若發票中獎，將依購買人留存之聯絡資料通知。 可依通知內容至指定便利商店多媒體機列印中獎發票並兌獎。
  • 如因資料填寫錯誤或其他原因導致無法通知， 本公司無法保證提供後續中獎通知服務。
  • Invoices are issued electronically and invoice information will be provided by Email. Paper invoices are not separately mailed.
  • Once a personal invoice has been issued, it cannot be changed to a business invoice. If you require a Taiwan business tax ID, please select the business invoice option during checkout. Issued invoice information cannot be changed afterward.
  • If an electronic invoice wins the Taiwan Uniform Invoice Lottery, notification will be sent using the contact information provided with the order.
  • If the contact information provided is incorrect and notification cannot be delivered, DIY3 cannot guarantee further notification service.
  • レシートは電子形式で発行され、 関連情報はEmailにてお送りします。 紙のレシートは原則として郵送しておりません。
  • 個人用として発行された電子レシートを、 発行後に会社用へ変更することはできません。 台湾の会社統一番号が必要な場合は、 ご注文時に会社用を選択してください。 発行後の内容変更はできません。
  • 台湾の統一発票抽選に当選した場合、 ご注文時に登録された連絡先へ通知されます。
  • 登録情報の誤りなどにより通知できない場合、 その後の通知を保証することはできません。
